Planting has BEGUN!

Well, Seth officially started planting corn (he did plant some barley earlier on). That means late nights for him and single-mom life and supper "runs" for me for awhile (and tractor rides for the kids). The kids LOVE to go out with Dad in the planter - especially the boys! This is the "first" year that Ryan is really experiencing it, so when the van doors opens, he runs right for the steps to the tractor!

Draya's 6th Birthday

Andraya and I had our annual "birthday" day on Friday, March 12th. Since our birthdays are only 1 day apart, we always do something special just the 2 of us! It's one of the days I look forward to the most during the year!!! We went out to eat at Granite City and then went to Color Me Mine to pick and paint some ceramics. I painted a plate complete with Draya's handprint (to remember the day), and Andraya picked out a "cupcake jar." We ended the day with some shopping, of course!!!! How fun!
